Important Information About Registration

Your child’s original legal birth certificate (bearing the official state seal) is REQUIRED.

• Peewee 7-8 yr olds • Midget 9-10 yr olds

• Junior 11-12 yr olds • Senior 13-14 yr olds

ALL players MUST be present at registration for weight & gear measurements.

We accept CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER, VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER.

All fees are expected IN FULL at the time of registration to place your child on a team.

ONLY parents or legal guardians can register children.
